Overground's Rocket

Yay! More Overground! it really is quite exciting.

Anyway this is Rocket. I dunno, this took a lot more editing to get it right and even stilllllll........

Also with height and same proportions, i kinda based it on ROE so he turned out quite a bit taller than her, which i hope is right! (See Here)

Anyway the BG too, i tried, but the only thing i could think of was bangs and rockets!!!! Ha ha so i hope that's all good, but any changes please tell me

Asside from all that here's a description;

Rocket has the ability to push any working machinery into an overdriven output state. A good visual example would be that he could push a normal car with no upgrades or enhancements to speeds double that of which it is capable. He uses this ability mostly to power a pair of rocket boots designed for him that would not be strong enough to fly him without his powers.
